Existing patients can request refills through the patient portal. Generally you’re given enough medication to last until your next visit — if you run out before then, you’ll usually need to come in for a visit before a refill can be issued.

Yes — VS Primo HealthCare provides annual physical exams and sports physicals in addition to routine checkups and chronic disease management.
Are vaccines or immunizations available at VS Primo HealthCare?

How do I become a new patient at VS Primo HealthCare?
Complete the New Patient form online. This verifies your insurance is accepted and gets you scheduled with Dr. Sciortino. You can also call the office at 321.751.7113 to speak with someone first.
I used to be a patient but haven't been seen in a while — do I use the new patient form?
Yes. The New Patient form includes a lapsed-patient option for returning patients who need to re-establish care.
How do I submit paperwork or request medical records as an existing patient?
Existing patients can upload documents, submit a medical records release, or request records be sent to another provider through the Existing Patient page.
